How do I enable cookies and/or javascript?
Solution To Enable Cookies:

If you are using Internet Explorer:

1. Go to Tools -> Internet Options.
2. Go to the Privacy Tab.
3. Move the bar to the bottom (i.e. Accept All Cookies).
4. Click Ok.

If you are using Firefox:

1. Go to Tools -> Options.
2. Go to the Privacy Tab.
3. Check the box beside "Accept cookies from sites".
4. Click Ok.


To Enable Javascript:

If you are using Internet Explorer:

1. Go to Tools -> Internet Options.
2. Go to Security and then to Security Level for this Zone, select Custom Level.
3. Scroll down to the sub-heading Scripting.
4. Under Active Scripting, choose the Enable button.
6. Under Allow Paste Operations via script (in IE 7.0 this will be Allow Status bar updates via script), choose the Enable button.
7. Under Scripting of Java Applets, choose the Enable button.
8. Click Ok.

If you are using Firefox:

1. Go to Tools -> Options.
2. Go to Content.
3. Select Enable Javascript.
